AS COOLANT/LUBRICANT AT MECHANICAL MACHINING OF IRON, STAINLESS STEEL, ALUMINIUM, COPPER AND HIS ALLOYS AND ALSO AT MACHINING DIFFERENT PLASTIC MATERIALS
SCANPOL® 9106 cutting fluid has been developed special for use as coolant/lubricant at mechanical machining of iron, stainless steel, aluminium, copper or his alloys, plastic materials when demands on cleanliness of surface and non-polluting product has to be used at mechanical machining.
At dry machining of plastic materials exist risk that friction’s heat affect machined material or makes it impossible to mechanical machining of it.
This negative influence of friction’s heat may be reduced or in whole eliminated when cutting fluid SCANPOL® 9106 is used at mechanical machining of metals, its alloys and plastic materials.
No solvents or alkaline degrease solutions are necessary to clean from residue of SCANPOL® 9106 fluid and processed surfaces. As example all metals may be welded immediately after machining without necessity to cleaning from rest of SCANPOL®9106
The solution SCANPOL® 9106 is water based, i.e. totally rinse able. That means that worked out details may be rinsed with water (if necessary) to remove rest of SCANPOL® 9106.
Rests of SCANPOL® 9106 in rinse water are easy biologic degradable.
Composition: Mixture of water and water soluble lubricants
Appearance: Clear, light yellow solution
pH: 7.5 -9.0

- May be rinsed with town water
- Bacteria do not thrive in the solution
- Concentration of lubricants may be measure with refract meter
Existing dosing and spray equipment may be used after careful cleaning of whole system from previous cutting fluid.
Before SCANPOL® 9106 will be used in full scale it is recommended that existing cutting data (feed and speeds) should be verify in little scale.
We strongly recommend that cutting data provided from manufactures of tools should be used in the beginning. Later on the cutting data may be modified.
SCANPOL® 9106 cutting fluid is neutral solution but normal safety regulation have to be used when handling this liquid.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Spills may prove slippery.
Methods for clean up: For large spills contain spillage with absorbent inert material such as sand, sawdust or earth, remove and dispose of.
Handling: Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Chemical resistant gloves, safety spectacles or goggles.
Environmental precautions: Prevent from entering watercourse
Study MSDS before handling this product.
